The system is definitely legit, but it is a brief introduction to the techniques and is not for beginners, the real estate market can be a very risky path to take unless one is confident in their level of knowledge and experience.
There are endless other income generating opportunities available that require less experience and a much smaller initial investment. This series is a valuable resource, however it is weaker than some of the others out there on the subject.
