Do 8-pack abs really exist?

Are 8-pack abs a myth or magic? You might want to know if it’s really soon after you get your 6 pack abs. But the first question you need to ponder is, is there a difference between a 6-pack and an 8-pack?

Before you start counting the number of packs, think about how an 8 pack of abs is actually a super ripped 6 pack of abs. See if the tendons in your lower abdomen are still big and tight, and if they are, you may be lucky to further develop that part of your abdomen for an 8-pack abs.

People who consume terrible portions of fat, sugar, and alcohol will not get the abs of 6 or the back of 8. It goes to show that only the determined and disciplined will get them.

If you’ve worked your way to 6-pack abs through rigorous exercise and strict dieting, building 8-pack abs also involves the same mechanism: toning muscle and losing fat.

Double duty can be accomplished with a low-fat, low-sugar diet, weight training, and cardiovascular exercise. It sounds similar to getting a six pack abs, but getting to the other level is difficult and can even be frustrating at times.

Your diet should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat and poultry, fresh fish, plenty of fiber, and plenty of water.

Aside from aerobic cardio, you’ll also want to incorporate 20-30 minutes of cardio into your daily routine. It’s okay to be persistent, but don’t tire yourself by adding an extra 30 minutes.

Free weight training also helps burn fat and build muscle by raising your body temperature. It is important that the exercises focus on the midsection when doing your abdominal routine. Exercise with high resistance and low repetitions to grow abdominal muscles and eliminate fat.
