Lower Abs Exercises That Work, Even For Post-Pregnancy Fat

Every day it seems that we are shown lower abdominal exercises that “work” through infomercials, TV ads, magazine articles, and online videos. But in reality most of the clients on my weight loss program have not had any success with these methods, or with almost everything they have done before.

Asian women have perfected various exercises for the lower abs over generations that can not only reduce inches in that area, but can also help tighten loose skin that often occurs after childbirth. Today we are going to look at two of her favorite routines and how you can use them to tighten that tummy!

Lower abdominal exercises that work

Honestly, you’re not going to learn every lower abs exercise that works with just one short article or web page, it takes a solid program of healthy habits and proper eating to truly achieve the body of your dreams. However, you CAN learn a trick or two that will help you in the short term and get you started on the road to success:

1. Suck it up and burn it

This is one of the best methods I have had success with for my weight loss groups, and I call it the “vacuum” technique. Basically, what you’re doing here is using the powerful muscles of your diaphragm (core) to suck in and then push air out as you breathe… but with one noticeable difference:

You’re going to keep your core muscles in your midsection tight once you get all the air out of your lungs.

It’s easy to do but hard to master as you need to keep the right pace for the magical process to kick in and start compressing the layers of fat and loose skin around your belly. Just focus on holding your stomach in once the air is gone, almost like you’re posing for an “After” photo in a Before/After diet ad.

Work your way up to 25 reps per day, with an inhale/hold/exhale counting as 1 x rep.

2. Your hands hold the key

This is even easier than the suction method, and is one of my go-to lower abs exercises that works to quickly remove problem areas from any part of the body.

In fact, I do this process at night while watching TV, along with my Asian brushing routine, to quickly melt away fat on the body, which will cause it to be burned as energy instead of hanging out of my stomach.

All you need to do this is treat your midsection as if you were giving it a very firm massage…but you are not concentrating on loosening the muscles as you would during a real massage, you are squeezing and kneading the rolls of grease to break them.

The heat that your hands generate from rubbing the skin actually helps you with a double effect by directly hitting the fat under the skin, causing them to break down some of the connective tissue that “attaches” them to your belly area. They are then assimilated back into the bloodstream, where they can be dissolved as energy.

As one of my favorite lower abdominal exercises, this technique can give you results any time of day… even while you’re at work or doing chores.

What if you still can’t lose belly fat?

If today’s tips on how to lose inches off your waist aren’t for you, you’ll want to learn the most powerful no-secret method that Asian women use to force the removal of belly and thigh fat in less than a month. .. without going hungry or doing crazy workouts.
