First some facts –

Astral travel, or the out of body experience, has been reported since the earliest recorded history. Many religious texts, across ALL major (and minor!) religions have some variation of this mystical experience at their core, and the accounts of MOST of these stories EXACTLY match the current descriptions of the OBE being reported today. It is, without a doubt, an “ability” or a phenomenon that human beings experience.

Where do people “go” during an OBE?

This is the one million question! There have been VERY sophisticated lab tests with highly developed professionals that have had mind blowing results. The team has shown that “something” appears to be outside the body, and professionals have successfully reported, in laboratory settings, things they have seen in other rooms, on rooftops, and even outside the science building.

These tests have been replicated many times… yet mainstream science still says it’s probably JUST a hallucination. (I disagree)

Can anyone have an OBE?

Probably, but with the following caveat. Some people seem to do it better than others!
