Who is the producer of your life?

It is believed that a single thought looks like a tree with seventy thousand branches. Every time you rethink an idea you grow more branches on that tree. So a strong thought has had many repetitions to become stable, and this principle applies to a vision, whether positive or negative.

On average, we experience sixty thousand to eighty thousand thoughts per day and ninety-eight percent of them you thought yesterday, the day before, and the day before. This doesn’t say much about our creative capacity, right? Here’s another stat that should raise eyebrows. They estimate that seventy to eighty percent of all thoughts are negative. Research shows that a fearful thought can trigger more than 1,400 physical and chemical responses and 30 different hormones and neurotransmitters. Six seconds of negative thinking stresses the immune system to such an extent that it requires twenty-one hours to recover. Tell me, when was the last time you had just six seconds of negative thoughts?

Eighty-seven percent of diseases are attributed to our mental life. Studies conclusively link chronic illnesses to toxic emotions. These emotions can cause migraines, high blood pressure, strokes, cancer, skin problems, diabetes, infections, and allergies. The feelings that are most damaging to the body are unforgiveness, anger, anger, resentment, depression, worry, anxiety, frustration, fear, excessive pain, and guilt.

So how stable or robust a thought tree becomes depends on the degree of repetition and reproduction in your mind. During the night, our brain has a cleaning system that eliminates thirty-five to seventy-five percent of all the information we receive. It will clean those branches that are not stable. The data will not be cancelled, but we will have a hard time remembering it as quickly as other thoughts we think more frequently.

Let me expand your understanding a bit more on the subject of negative thinking and its consequences. A person who invests in self-hatred has a working recipe created from different hormones in the hypothalamus. Imagine the hypothalamus as a vessel for mixing your emotions, and you are in control to choose whatever recipe the brain is going to concoct. The creation of these recipes is no accident. You, your mind, and your will are the government that oversees and runs these little countries, called your cells.

The hypothalamus transports this hormonal mix to the pituitary gland, and then its toxic little recipe is distributed into the bloodstream. Once this lethal compound is released, your cells come under immediate fire. These harmful biological arrows aim to hurt your physiology. These nasty little darts of destruction connect with millions of receptors located on the surface of your cells, and once locked in place, the cell’s environment changes. In fact, so significant is the change, when cells divide and reproduce, the cell replicates the same type of cell. So what is the problem? You have millions of cell receptors. If a few thousand of them are assigned to self-hatred, aren’t there enough receptors to go around? Well, actually, there isn’t. When these receptors become clogged with deadly information, it prevents the cell from receiving vital and necessary nutrients like vitamins or minerals. Each receiver is created for a unique purpose.

Their biggest obstacle in this intellectual combat is the stress and repetition of simply leaving this fertile and valuable geography unchecked, unchallenged and neglected. Contemplation, deduction, and introspection from decades of habitual thinking have made these beliefs comfortable. Your subconscious has accumulated one thought after another, drawn one devastating conclusion, and built another on top of it.

Stop for a minute and think about what thoughts make you feel good. Do you realize that you choose the ideas that you choose to remember and remember? Are you going to allow secondhand information to rule your mind, or will you choose to be the producer of your mental life? As initial as it may be, you need to recognize how many of your feelings are being used to promote darkness and negativity. What will it take to motivate you to get in the driver’s seat and begin to manifest emotions for love and light in your life?

So if we want strong thoughts…

we must consciously decide which thoughts we will allow our minds to have access to. Conscious is the key word. We are moving from self-thought to conscious thought. We have to choose what thoughts we are going to have and to do that we have to start paying attention to the feelings that our thoughts create. There has to be a training period in which we develop thought conditioning.

Here are some important FACTS:

  • Very few thoughts are self-produced data or self-produced preferences.

  • Most of our thoughts are the old thoughts of another person.

  • Many thoughts we have are inaccurate.

  • Our minds are filled with reactive thoughts created by others.

  • Most thoughts have a sponsoring thought… a thought that inspired the thought.

Wouldn’t it be better if you created your own thoughts?

Whether you realize it or not, you have been producing your entire life, consciously or unconsciously. Are you content with what you have brought into existence? Note that Unconscious living is a coping strategy. Aware Living requires courage.

So imagine tomorrow that you have unlimited resources and therefore unlimited ability to imagine and produce the newest, most conscious, highly creative version of YOU. You have the power of creation in your hands. And remember, you don’t have to create alone. You are in society:

  1. With your Creator-He watches over me and takes care of me.

  2. With yourself

  3. With others

There are many important questions to ask regarding this new version of yourself. You have been a slave to the mediocrity of a world system bent on reducing you, continually comparing yourself to standards that are not based on truth or are not even achievable. So the first order of business is to stop believing that this system is the truth. You have a very short list of influencers you can trust and you are one of them. Tell the shame, blame, and lame mob to take a long walk and forget your address. You will no longer need their advice.

Second, see yourself in a position of power. You have important things to think about and say. Your choices impact others and yourself. You are always teaching the outside world what you believe in with your actions.

What roles and responsibilities will this person consciously engage in and make the world a more loving place to exist? How is this person explicitly impacting the reserve of love in this country, in this province, in this city?

What kinds of thoughts have been replaced by the old ego-driven beliefs of self-sabotage? This person is smart enough to see how selfish and harmful that thought was. What thoughts make this person a strong mind, and what ideas will this person choose to invest in?

What toxic programs has this person launched or removed? What truth has this person embraced in order to free himself from past offenses and bring his life to the present?

This person has now resumed his rightful place as “thinker of his thoughts,” a job once controlled by the shame mob. So tell me how exhilarating it feels to be back in the driver’s seat of your life.

Human existence was never designed to handle the long-term burden of dark energy. Carrying the burden of negativity compromises the health and beauty of who you are. So tell me how beautiful it feels to live without the voice of criticism or judgment. Those voices and thoughts were never yours, so share with me what the truth feels like when it reaches your ears.

You have a new purpose and intention for life. Tell me, how will people remember you? How will you bring your unique brand of change into this world? What makes this new you jump out of bed and take the world by the tail?

We want to beautify your mind with thoughts and emotions that bless you all. Your being is thirsty for the language and energy that loves you to bring you back to life. Let us renew your mind by creating words and thoughts that reveal a blueprint and blueprint for the highest and most beautiful version of yourself.
