Follow the biological clock according to Ayurveda for the best results

It is very true that today’s lifestyle and stress affect people’s health and emotional balance. People in whom the Vata dosha predominates are often prone to imbalances that lead to irregular digestion patterns. Vatic types of people are quite intuitive and creative, both emotionally and mentally. However, they are quite sensitive to ugliness like strong smells, bright lights, etc. They can learn quite quickly, but are even forgotten quite easily. Therefore, their nature puts them in a roller coaster situation that makes them feel exhausted and anxious. Ayurvedic therapy aims to rebalance Vata to minimize coldness and unevenness. This can be done by changing the drink, food, massage, herbs, and exercise.

Routine is important:

The wind, as you know, is chaotic and changeable. Therefore, when balancing Vata dosha, consistency and routine are of prime importance. You should have a strict schedule of waking and sleeping, resting and exercising, snacks, meals, and relaxation sessions. This systematic approach not only heals your body, it makes you feel refreshed and energized from within.

Allow time to reduce stress:

Vatic people get confused, scattered, disorganized, and distressed quite easily. This, in turn, creates stress. They can benefit from composure and slowing down. Follow the Ayurvedic clock:

Organize your entire day according to the Ayurvedic clock, which is also a vital part of natural remedies for irritable bowel syndrome. Every day, the human body goes through three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. A dosha is dominant at a particular time. Therefore, tuning the body according to the qualities and timing of the doshas can ensure harmony in life.

  • Kapha dosha is dominant between 6 am and 10 am in the morning. At this time, you should wake up and move your body instead of sleeping. Rigorous exercise is quite beneficial in this part of the day. You can chew on some light food this time.

  • 10 am to 2 pm is lunchtime when Pitta is dominant. You can have the largest meal during this time as the transforming or Pitta fire is quite strong at this time. The food that comes in is easily converted into energy and fuel.

  • After this is Vata time from 2 pm to 6 pm. You can have hot tea, relax, get comfortable, and do some deep breathing exercises to appease the Vata.

  • 6pm to 10pm is the cycle back to Kapha. You need to prepare for a good night’s sleep. Eat a very light and early dinner and avoid spicy or fatty foods.
