VSRT-E features a rugged multi-port design with heavy-walled schedule 80 flue pipes. The intelligent design maximizes boiler pressure vessel thicknesses up to 30% greater than ASME requirements, which results in exceptional operating and lifecycle efficiencies. These units operate at up to 86% gross thermal efficiency and have a fuel to steam ratio of 10:1. VSRT-E can be operated on natural gas or zero emissions electrical power to meet dual-fuel or sustainability goals.
All VSRT-E models feature advanced controls to enhance system integration and energy savings. The smart controls monitor boiler operation and provide alarms to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly. These controls can also manage the boiler based on your facility’s load demands.
